Trainer Spotlight
Connie Davidson is the TCI
Academy Chairperson for the 2007–2008 academic year.
A TCI Trainer since 1990, Connie taught at the secondary
level in San Leandro, California, for fourteen years
before receiving her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership in
2006. She is currently a faculty member at California State
University, Monterey Bay, in their teacher preparation
program. Connie’s interest and research in facilitating
professional learning communities stemmed from her work
as a TCI Trainer and Director of the Alameda County Office
of Education's Pre-Intern and Intern programs.
