Onsite Training and Consulting

TCI Academy can help make learning come alive for all students at your school or in your district. Depending on your needs, our Trainers will come to your site for one to five days.

How Training Works
Step 1: Determine your training needs
We’ll help you create an exceptional training experience for your social studies teachers. We’ll need to know:
• Number of teachers to be trained and the subjects they teach
• Potential training dates (you may want to have your staff development calendar handy)
• Your budget

Step 2: Review our courses and call us at 800-840-2698
Click on Elementary Courses and Secondary Courses and find the courses and sessions that most intrigue you. Then give us a call. One of our Customer Support Representatives will help you combine the course sessions of your choice to create a training experience that will exceed your expectations.
Training Tip #1:  
A full-day TCI Academy training is six hours, which is the minimum commitment for bringing us onsite. One of our Customer Support Representatives will be happy to assist you in combining sessions to create one to five days of training.
Training Tip #2:  
To get the best training experience, consider taking all 12 hours of the Reaching All Learners course before diving into our other courses.

Step 3: Learn!
You’ve booked your onsite training with TCI Academy. You’ve let the teachers know the date and time. And the big day is finally here. Now it is time to soak in all active learning during your TCI Academy training. We can’t wait to hear what you think.

Step 4: Receive Professional Development Credit
At the conclusion of the training, our Trainers will distribute a TCI Academy Certificate of Completion. Teachers can use this certificate to receive professional development credit, by visiting our Professional Development Credit page.
