TCI Academy contracts with over 50 teacher-trainers who present TCI Academy trainings to our customers nationwide.

Contract Position: Trainers
Are you interested in becoming a TCI Academy Trainer? TCI Academy Trainers are innovative teachers who present at customer-sponsored trainings across the nation. As independent contractors, the ideal Trainer candidate should have experience using TCI curricular materials and strategies, have attended a Level 1 TCI training, and have experience presenting to adult learners. Engaging presentation and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities
Trainers will conduct at least three weeks of training in the summer and a few days during the school year. Responsibilities will include:
• Mastering an array of TCI Academy trainings
• Presenting at customer-sponsored tainings across the nation
* Representing TCI’s strategies and pedagogy to our customers
